PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce partial stress concentration by rotary moment transmitted from a crank shaft. SOLUTION: This inner rotor of inscribing gear pump is constituted in such a way that the crank shaft 6 and a mounting hole 5 are provided with two connection parts 12, 12, 22, 22 connecting main circular arc parts 11, 11, 21, 21 adjacent to two main circular arc parts 11, 21 on the same circle, and opposing connection parts 12, 12, 22, 22 have substantially parallel cross sectional shapes. The connection part 22 of the mounting hole 5 is constituted in such a manner that it forms a large circular arc shape protruding to an inner side and rotary force of the crank shaft 6 is transmitted to the mounting hole 5 while the connection part 12 of the crank shaft 6 and the connection part 22 forming the large circular arc shape of the mounting hole 5 are in line-contact mutually, thereby reducing a value of local stress generated in the mounting hole 5.
