PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition composed of an isobutylene-based block copolymer and a thermoplastic polyurethane-based resin and excellent in low hardness, oil resistance, transparency, heat stability, mechanical strengths or the like. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (a) 30-95 wt.% isobutylene-based block copolymer composed of a polymer block mainly composed of isobutylene and a polymer block composed of a monomer component not containing isobutylene as a main component and (b) 70-5 wt.% thermoplastic polyurethane-based resin.
