PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition which excels in flame retardance, thermal stability, and light reflecting properties without using a halogen or phosphorus flame-retardant, particularly has high dimensional accuracy, and is suitably used as a material for a light ray reflector and its peripheral member. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. aromatic polycarbonate resin, (b) 3-30 pts.wt. titanium oxide, (c) 0.1-10 pts.wt. silicone compound, (d) 0.1-1 pt.wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, and (e) 0.5-15 pts.wt. plate inorganic filler.
