PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock mechanism capable of surely securing the attitude of a seat device when the device is used by seating. SOLUTION: A driving device 6 is provided with an electric motor 62. This device is provided with the lock mechanism 6 for maintaining a prescribed position of a seat cushion 3 when the seat cushion 3 reaches at least a seating position or a storing position by an operation of the driving device 6.
