PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the display of seat information (such as reserve seat numbers) by braille by directly relating the display to a seat. SOLUTION: In this seat for a rolling stock, a handle 50 held by a hand is installed in the upper end area of a back rest 10, and a braille board 60 is installed in the upper area of the handle 50 so that the bottom side of the seat is positioned on the upper side of the display of the braille.
