PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical shaping apparatus, for obtaining, a three dimensional molded article by obtaining a planer cured matter obtained by casting optical energy to a photocurable resin in a resin tank from the lower part of the tank and lifting upward and laminating the planer cured matter thus formed, which apparatus does not require a cooling device and is small in size, and in which the quantity of the cast energy does not produce a delay in a response by a mechanical action of a shutter mechanism to achieve a high molding accuracy. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a light irradiation structure and integrated and joined to the end of a lens tube for giving an optically focusing adjustment of an optical energy irradiated from an emitting part being a semiconductor laser and with a power supply control circuit capable of variably adjusting supplied power by a command from a computer controlling the stereo lithography apparatus to a power supply circuit for emitting a laser.
