A cooling medium flow passage capable of increasing the cooling efficiency of a cooling medium used for the water cooling system of a motor and a radiator, wherein a magnetic force member emitting a magnetic force to the medium flow passage generally vertically to the flowing direction of the cooling medium to fragment or activate the fluid clusters of cooling water and antifreezer flowing through the flow passage. Thus, the cooling efficiency of the cooling medium can be increased.
