FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly manufacture of machines for performing forming procedures. ^ SUBSTANCE: press-hammer includes cylinder with ram and liquid column; guiding pipes; falling weight and platform with cylindrical cavities for placing rams. According to first variant of invention weight is in the form of upper platform, mean platform with rams, upper die set, elastic member, lower platform and lower die set having punch and die. Each ram of falling weight rests by its upper plane upon liquid column restricting high-pressure chamber, upon elastic member, upper deformed sheet, die of upper die set and upon upper platform. At lower side rams rest upon lower platform, punch of lower die set, lower deformed sheet and die of lower die set. According to second variant falling weight includes separate upper and lower platforms, ram joined with upper platform and mounted in lower platform, upper part of die set with die and punch and elastic member. Ram is provided with screw and it is mounted in such a way that its lower plane rests upon liquid column, elastic member, upper deformed sheet and upper part of die set. According to third variant of invention falling weight includes platforms and one of said platform is provided with hooks. Second platform has cylindrical cavities with rams. The last rest at one side upon liquid, elastic member, deformed sheet, die of falling weight and upon platform with hooks. At other side rams rest at time moment of striking upon rams of platform with plate, liquid column, upon elastic member, deformed sheet, die and table. ^ EFFECT: improved accuracy of formed parts, increased wear resistance of tools and lowered noise. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
