摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make aloe vera gel which is hard to eat, since it has a sticky eat feeling, as a material easy for taking by plenty of amount in a usual dietary habit. <P>SOLUTION: The method for obtaining an aloe vera gel food is provided by processing the natural aloe vera gel with a reduced pressure or vacuum drying device to concentrate active ingredients contained in the aloe vera gel, minimizing the destruction of enzymes by decreasing the heating time or temperature and performing a food processing by using a molt extract, honey of flower of the aloe vera or unrefined sugar cane liquid.
