PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a positional deviation of printing caused by carrying a medium to a printing portion while inclining. SOLUTION: An inclining correction roller 42 is provided in an upstream side in a carrying direction of a front feed roller pair 5 that carries a printed medium P to a printing head 2. The inclining correction roller 42 is rotated by a motor 44 through a belt 43. An abutting portion 35 is arranged in a downstream side of the front feed roller pair 5. When the printed medium P is inserted, the inclining correction roller 42 is driven to rotate, and a tip end portion of the printed medium P is made to abut on the abutting portion 35, thereby correcting inclining of the printed medium P.
