PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for preventing the dry of an air-conditioned room by introducing outside air during heating operation while suppressing the dew condensation of an outside air introduction duct during cooling or drying operation to produce less tick and mold in the duct. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner 1 comprises an indoor heat exchanger 11, a blowing fan 12 for blowing temperature conditioned air into the room, a first air duct 15 for linking an air inlet 2f to an air outlet 9, a second air duct for introducing outside air into the room, an air supply fan 18 provided in the second air duct for introducing the outside air into the room, a room temperature sensor, a heat exchanger temperature sensor, an outside temperature sensor, an outside humidity sensor, and an outside dew-point temperature calculating means. The air supply fan 18 is operated during cooling or dying operation when an outside air temperature is lower than a room temperature and an outside dew-point temperature is lower than a heat exchanger temperature.
