PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of recording image data attached to voice data. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is provided with an imaging means; a voice reproducing means for reproducing voice data from a recording medium; an instruction means for instructing attachment of image data to the voice data in an optional timing during the reproduction of the voice data; a control means for temporarily stopping the reproduction of the voice data in response to the instruction from the instruction means and generating timing setting data denoting a reproduction procedure to reproduce image data photographed by the imaging means after the temporary stopping in a timing in response to the instruction of the instruction means; and a recording means for recording the timing setting data and the image data to the recording medium.
