PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric equipment that can be reduced in cost by lowering the sound produced by a fan and, at the same time, efficiently air-cooling the equipment. SOLUTION: The outer shell of a mixer M is constituted of the main body 10 of this electric equipment having a bottom surface 11 provided with slits etc., in its slope 11b, a top surface 12, side faces 13b, and a back face 14 provided with attaching holes etc., in its lower end side. The heat in the main body 10 is discharged to the outside by forming an air channel (a) between the slits etc., and attaching holes etc., by installing a fan etc., to the attaching holes. In addition, a heat generating component, such as a power supplying substrate etc., is disposed in the air channel (a) and an electric member composed of an operator 18 for volume or a level display is provided in the top surface 12 of the main body 10. Moreover, the air in the vicinity of the electric member is discharged to the air channel (a) together with the air sucked from the outside by combining both air together by providing an opening in the top surface 12 in the vicinity of the electric member.
