PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolishing device for a form panel by which the form panel is demolished in a simple mechanism and in a short time. SOLUTION: The form panel 4 includes a rectangular plate member 26, a crosspiece 27 extending along at least one longitudinal end edge of the plate member 26, and a plurality of vertical bars 28 extending in a longitudinal direction toward the crosspiece 27. The crosspiece 27 and the vertical bars 28 are nailed and fixed to a face of the plate member 26.
