PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise drainability pavement capable of enhancing the joint strength between aggregates while easily designing more effective and secure low noise realization of a drainable pavement and executing even for a wet road or a road face whose temperature is not sufficiently lowered and less emitting a filthy odor in the execution. SOLUTION: The low noise drainability pavement 10 is made water like rainwater infiltrate into the inside through a cavity 13 between aggregates 12, a urethane resin 15 is applied on the surface part 14 of the drainability pavement 10, a nonslip hard aggegate 16 is scattered. The urethane resin 15 is chiefly made of modified polyol resin, and preferably a two-liquid mixture resin using an isocyanate resin as a hardener, and is applied as much as 0.1-3.0 kg/m<SP>2</SP>on the surface of the drainability pavement 10.
