PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device with a door stop device easily mounted and reduced in cost by integrating the sealing device and the door stop device. SOLUTION: This sealing device A with the door stop device comprises a frame body 2 fitted to a fitting groove B2 of a door B, and the door stop device 60 provided at the frame body 2. An elastic body 13 in the frame body 2 is mounted to the frame body 2 at one end and mounted to a working member 20 at the other end. The tip 30 of the working member 20 projects from the rotational center side end face B6 of the door B. When the door B is closed, the tip 30 is pressed to a door frame to deform the elastic body 13 downward, and a sealing member 40 of a seal mounting part 16 contact a floor face.
