<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image or the like approximated closely to a signal of a real world. <P>SOLUTION: A processing area setting part 17001 sets a processing area within an image data, and a constancy setting part 17002 sets a moving vector of an object within the image data. A real world estimating part 17003 estimates a real world function, assuming that a pixel value of each pixel corresponding to a prescribed one-dimensional direction out of spatial directions of the image data within the processing area is a pixel value acquired by integrating prescribed-directionally and time-directionally a model wherein the real world function corresponding to the light signal of the real world approximated by a spline function moves while phase-shifted along a time direction in correspondence to the moving vector. At least one of the moving vectors supplied from a user I/F 17006 is set in response to an input from a user.
