<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of preventing a cracking loss and crack from developing to a roll end. <P>SOLUTION: An outer cylinder 101 is formed so that crowning parts 101a are formed at two ends, the crowning part 101a is formed into a position relation so that one end 101b is started from a spot situated closer to a central part than a rolling body 103 of the outer cylinder 101, and the other end 101c ends in the end part of the outer cylinder 101. The crowning part 101a is at least partially overlapped with a rolling element 103.
