<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated film which has excellent transparency, slipping property, and scratch resistance and is suitable for dry film resists. <P>SOLUTION: This coated film is characterized by having nucleus-free protrusions having a circularity of 1 to 1.6 and comprising an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of 45 to 100°C on at least one side of a thermoplastic resin film, and having a surface roughness of 3 to 15 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
