<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can reliably prevent deterioration in a two-component developer or a magnetic single component developer than a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: In a plurality of magnets fixed inside a magnet roller 22Y, a regulating magnet having a regulating magnetic pole P7 and disposed nearest to a doctor blade (not shown) is beveled on the ridge corner between the face opposing the surface of the developing sleeve 22Y and the face opposing the adjacent magnet in the upstream side in the rotation direction of the sleeve, the adjacent magnet having the adjacent magnetic pole P6 in the upstream side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
