MATURATION REGULATOR OF IMMATURE DENDRITIC CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maturation regulator of an immature dendritic cell; and to provide a method for screening the maturation regulator.

SOLUTION: The maturation regulator of the immature dendritic cell contains a material for promoting the expression or function of a factor (Stat 3-promoting factor) for promoting the signal transduction through Stat 3, or Bcl3 as an active ingredient. The maturation promotor of the immature dendritic cell contains a material for inhibiting the expression or function of the Stat 3-promoting factor or the Bcl3 as an active ingredient. The method for screening the maturation inhibitor/promotor of the immature dendritic cell targeting the Stat3 promoting factor or the Bcl3, or the like is also provided.
