<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably enable an occupant side cleavage line section to be subjected to cleavage first. <P>SOLUTION: In the welding section structure of an airbag apparatus for vehicles, an airbag lid 5 divided from an immovable/fixed section 4 by an approximately square-shaped cleavage line 3, and a reinforcing member 7 arranged around the airbag lid 5 on the rear surface of the immovable/fixed section 4 in contact are provided at an instrument panel 2 made of resin, and then the immovable/fixed section 4 and the reinforcing member 7 are mounted by welding a welding rib 18 projecting from the rear surface of the immovable/fixed section 4 by passing through a hole formed at the reinforcing member 7. The position of a windshield side cleavage line section 3b in the approximately square-shaped cleavage line 3 is set closer to the rear of a lengthwise direction 17 in the vehicle so that the position becomes far to a front window side welded section 18c and closer to an input virtual point 6e by an airbag body 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
