<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a burglarproof effect by making the removals of panes in various sash windows difficult without requiring the changes of battens and basic molds for sash frames. <P>SOLUTION: The base of the pane 14 and the batten 20 arranged on both side faces are fixed onto the sash frame 11 through a cross-linking material such as a screw 25 and the removals of the battens are made difficult. The cross-linking material, the removal of which is made difficult, is selected from a metal welding material, a resin adhesive, the screw, a bolt and a nail. The driving type cross-linking material (the screw, the bolt, the nail or the like) is driven from the surface 21 side of the batten to a vertical plate material 17 on the inside of the sash frame.
