PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mounting cost, propagation loss and reflection loss, to prevent the deterioration of performance when the pitch among ports is increased, to eliminate variation of the loss among ports, and to reduce the mounting cost of optical components in outer parts of modules to be arranged at the respective ports. SOLUTION: A first array element mounting block and a second array element mounting block are arranged by being supported by a supporting structure, the array element mounting faces are separated and face to each other. A light beam branching element which passes a part of the light beam and reflects the rest, is arranged on the respective array element mounting faces, the light beam sent to the inside via a transmission window is alternately and successively reflected by the light beam branching element on the side of the first array element mounting block and by the light beam branching element on the side of the second array element mounting block, thus the light beam propagates along an optical path in zigzag.
