PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor storage which allows the user to easily take out a storage container from an underfloor storage main body without bothersome works in the leaning posture over a floor surface. SOLUTION: The underfloor storage has an underfloor storage section 3 opening upward from the floor surface 2, and an openable cover 4 for blocking the upper opening of the underfloor storage section 3. The underfloor storage further has the storage container 5 which has the storage container main body 6 for storing therein a stored item, and a grip 7 attached to the storage container main body 6 for taking out the same, and is stored in the underfloor storage section 3 in a manner being easily taken out of the storage section. The storage container 5 is provided with an energizing means for applying energizing force to the grip 7 such that a grip portion 8 of the grip 7 is located above the upper opening 3a formed in the underfloor storage section 3 when the storage container main body 6 is stored in the underfloor storage section 3 and at the same time the cover 4 is opened. When the storage container main body 6 is stored and at the same time the cover 4 is closed, the grip 7 is stored in the underfloor storage section 3 with the grip 7 being depressed against the energizing force by the cover 4.
