PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a high-efficiency, low-vibration, and low-noise motor by suppressing the increase of the iron loss due to the stress concentration to the iron core of a stator caused by shrinkage press fitting and the inequality of an air gap due to deformation. SOLUTION: The section in contact with the stator iron core 11 at the internal perimeter in the sectional form in its diametrical direction of the housing 31 of a motor, is made in the shape of an arch larger than the outside diameter of the stator iron core.
