PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the parameter of distortion compensation corresponding to the difference of the characteristics of respective analog amplifier circuit parts and to shorten the adjustment time at the time changing the analog amplifier circuit part in an adaptive predistorter distortion compensation transmitter for which the analog amplifier circuit part and a distortion compensation control part are separately constituted. SOLUTION: A characteristic information setting value including its own intrinsic distortion compensation coefficient is stored in the memory 1-41 of each analog amplifier circuit part 1-4, the control bus of the distortion compensation control part 1-1 is connected to the analog amplifier circuit part 1-4, and when the analog amplifier circuit part 1-4 is switched to a different one, a processor 1-16 reads the characteristic information setting value from the memory 1-41 of the analog amplifier circuit part 1-4 after changeover and loads the set value to a distortion compensation table 5-12, a delay adjustment / phase adjustment part 5-14 or a digital filter 5-15.
