PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat resisting temperature of a through-type noise filter F1 such as the filter having capacitors 3a, 3b sealed with resins after being soldered between shells 1a, 1b and a middle terminal 2 during soldering to a printed board. SOLUTION: The filter is made by limiting the quantity of solders 4a, 4b used for soldering between capacitors 3a, 3b and shells 1a, 1b and the quantity of solders 5a, 5b used for soldering between a middle terminal 2 and the capacitors 3a, 3b, and uses resins 6a, 6b for sealing the capacitors 3a, 3b, having high elasticities enough to absorb the thermal expansion stresses of the solders 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b.
