CIRCULARLY-POLARIZED WAVE PLANAR ANTENNA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly-polarized wave planar antenna provided with a feeding circuit in which a feeding line can be easily laid and an exciting phase can be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: Circularly polarized wave radiating elements 32a-32h are formed on the top surface of a dielectric substrate 31 for element at a predetermined spacing. The elements 32a-32h are provided so that the element center is rotated around an axis from a reference line by an exciting phase. A ground conductor plate 35 and a dielectric substrate 36 for feed are provided on the substrate 31 so as to be laminated. A feeding line 37 formed on the substrate 36 consists of second line patterns 42a-42h which are provided so as to be shifted corresponding to the positions of first line patterns 41a-41h having a predetermined length provided between the branch point of a common line 39 and the portion immediately below the elements 32a-32h and the position of feeding points 33 of the elements. The feeding line 37 feeds power to the feeding point 33 of the elements from its tip portion through feeding pins 45a-45h. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
