摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply measuring an analysis substance dissolved in a sample solution, to provide a reaction tube, and to provide a kit for simply measuring the analysis substance. SOLUTION: The method for measuring the analysis substance dissolved in the sample solution by allowing the analysis substance to chemically react with a reagent for converting to a substance that can be detected optically requires the successive chemical reaction of a different reagent to the analysis substance in steps as in an AHMT method. Additionally, even if time is required for the completion of reaction as in the chemical reaction between formaldehyde and AHMT, the analysis substance in the sample solution is converted to a substance that can be detected optically inside the reaction tube and is discharged from the reaction tube simply by applying the sample solution to the reaction tube by filling a specified reagent into the reaction tube in a specified laminated structure along with a granular filler. Accordingly, troublesome and annoying operation is not required for preparing the sample solution for chemical detection, so that the analysis substance can be measured easily.
