PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation register with a shutter being easy to fully open/close from the outside without paying visual attention and having a large draft opening area when fully opened. SOLUTION: A pinion gear 4 is continuously provided on a operation part 3 protruded frontward from a front plate, a pair of shutter plates 5, 5 are provided between the front plate and a flange portion 21, and racks 50, 50 are provided on the shutter plates 5, 5, respectively, for meshing with the pinion gear 4. With the positive/reverse turn of the operation part 3, the pair of shutter plates 5, 5 are moved close to or apart from each other via the pinion gear 4 and the racks 50, 50.
