PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical stopper manufacturable through molding etc. from rubber or synthetic resin and capable of being embodied at low cost. SOLUTION: The stopper member 12 consists of a cylindrical cap made of a resilient material having a channel-shaped section and is furnished internally with a hole 12a, which is shaped as mating with the shape of the head part 11a of a screw 11 and smaller than the screw head, whereby mounting is made in such a condition as expanded in the radial direction as shown in Fig. (b) by intruding the head part 11a at the time of mounting.
