摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing, with a high productivity at a low cost, a graft copolymer which has such a structure that a macromonomer-derived unit (a polymer chain) is contained by a central chain (corresponding to B in the case of an ABA-type block copolymer) and that a reactive functional group is contained by a terminal chain (corresponding to A in the case of the ABA-type block copolymer). SOLUTION: The graft copolymer is produced by subjecting a polymer mixture comprising (A) 20-80 pts.mass oligomer having double bonds at both molecular terminals and a number average mol.wt. of 2,000-30,000, (B) 80-20 pts.mass vinyl monomer, and (C) 0.5-15 pts.mass functional-group-containing chain transfer agent to radical polymerization at 30-150°C.
