PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-instant type remedy of allergic disease, containing a cannabinoid receptor-regulating material, especially the regulating material selective to a peripheral cell type cannabinoid receptor (CB2), especially an inverse agonist as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The non-instant type remedy of the allergic disease contains a cannabinoid receptor-regulating material, especially the inverse agonist selectively acting on the peripheral cell type cannabinoid receptor, in particular N-(benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-ylmethyl)-7-methoxy-2-oxo-8-pentyloxy-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxamide or the like, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
