PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator maintenance tool safety system capable of reducing a load of an elevator operation center by dispersing the load to each elevator, and suppressing a communication cost at the time of downloading of a maintenance application. SOLUTION: The elevator maintenance tool safety system has an elevator, and a maintenance tool executing maintenance/inspection of the elevator and informing a maintenance/inspection result to the elevator operation center. The elevator has a maintenance application memory means for memorizing the maintenance application executed by the maintenance tool, at the time of maintenance/inspection work. The maintenance tool has a maintenance application obtaining means for obtaining the maintenance application stored in the maintenance application memory means from the elevator.
