If at least an information providing service is available when a client terminal (CT) receives a call sign for identifying a radio station (RS) the broadcast of which is being received by the client terminal (CT) and sends state information representing the state of an information providing service concerning the radio station (RS) of the call sign, a URL corresponding to the information providing service is sent along with the state information to the client terminal (CT). Thus, since the URL corresponding to the information providing service can be provided to the client terminal (CT) along with the state information representing the state of the information providing service concerning the radio station (RS), the user can clearly recognize the state of the information providing service at the stage before the access to the information providing service.
