An adhesive agent is uniformly applied to a back surface of a window plate (12), the application made to an area (S1) where a shielding member (15) is planned to be adhered and to an area (S2) where a positioning fixture (18) and a holding portion (20) are planned to be adhered, the application also made continuously such that adhesive agent layers (31, 32) of both planned adhesion areas (S1, S2) being continuous with an adhesive agent continuous area (S3) in between. After that, the window plate (12) and the positioning fixture (18) are set in an injection mold and a polymer material is injected and placed in the mold. This results that the shielding member (15) and the holding portion (20) are formed into a shape where they are connected by a connection portion (42) for material flow, which connection portion is formed at a position other than the adhesive agent continuous area (S3). The forming results that the shielding member (15) and the holding portion (20) are adhered and fixed to the back surface of the window plate (12) with the adhesive agent layers (31, 32) in between. After the forming process above, the connection portion (42) for material flow is removed.
