FIELD: mining industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has transporting base, post with guides and moveable stops, jointly connected via axes to post and placed in upper link of post for rods of force cylinders, which are fixed perpendicularly to support surfaces of moveable stops at moveable rotator, mounted with possible axial displacement along guides of post, and made with possible axial displacement along guides of post, and made wit possibility of their output from area of effect of rods of force feeding cylinders by means of control cylinder, placed on post, drilling stand, hoisting winch, rope and rope blocks. Moveable stops are made with possible rotation around axes in direction of action of rods of force feed cylinders. Their axes are placed in hollow parallel to support surfaces of moving supports and connected to rod of control cylinder, and between each other, via rotation lever, mounted between moveable stops.
