<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator miniaturizable as a whole while preventing the deformation of a motor drive shaft. <P>SOLUTION: This actuator 10 is provided with a motor 18 provided with the drive shaft 20, a worm gear 24 disposed at the drive shaft 20, and a worm wheel 30 rotated in mesh with the worm gear 14, inside a housing 12 composed of first and second housing parts 14, 16 combined with each other.
