<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wheat composition for noodles for preparing the noodles having chewiness, good throat passableness and a flavor unique to the wheat without causing breaking into pieces during cooking, and to provide a method for producing the noodles using the wheat composition for the noodles. <P>SOLUTION: The wheat composition for the noodles comprises wheat grains subjected to a peeling treatment and/or crushed wheat thereof.
