<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier formation supporting and information providing system for collecting or providing information associated with the change of the times by supporting carrier formation corresponding to the change of the times. <P>SOLUTION: This system is configured by connecting a customer 1 who desires skill-up, a carrier formation service providing origin 3 for providing a service for skill-up, and a carrier formation supporting agent 2 for supporting carrier formation through a network 4. Then, this system is configured to register information owned by the customer 1 and the carrier formation service providing origin 3 in the carrier formation supporting agent 2 for collective management, and to provide necessary information to the customer 1, and to feedback customer needs to the carrier formation service providing origin 3. Thus, it is possible to provide an integrated service for supporting carrier formation.
