<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution device which mainly aims at efficient information distribution and enables efficient distribution of property information, especially, among estate intermediary agents, and an information distribution method. <P>SOLUTION: The information distribution device 10 distributes information to a terminal device which a person who wants to get the information has via the Internet, a telephone line or other networks. The device comprises the step of storing the information for being distributed to the terminal device in a distribution information database, and comprises a terminal device database having stored communication information of the terminal device therein, a condition database having stored therein conditions preset for each person who wants to get the information and a distribution means which narrows down the distribution information database based on the condition database to distribute the information to the terminal device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
