<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a securities transaction system capable of removing human errors due to regulation check and quickly performing order processing by performing quick and accurate regulation check though there are problems that there is a fear of human errors or quick order processing is interrupted in conventional securities transaction systems because the regulation check of an order is performed by a person in charge of order processing. <P>SOLUTION: In the securities transaction system, an order system DB server 32 previously registers transaction regulation information in a transaction regulation registration table 33 in accordance with an input from an administrator's terminal 41, and when a dealer's terminal 42 receives an order, the dealer's terminal 42 determines whether the contents of the order conflict with the regulation corresponding to the ordered stock or not by referring to the transaction regulation registration table 33. When the contents of the order do not conflict with the regulation, the dealer's terminal outputs the order to an order/promise server 31, and if the contents of the order conflict with the regulation, a message is displayed and the breakage of the regulation is notified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
