PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical switch which can effectively process a large volume of signals by forming multiple channels and can provide an optical signal having light performance uniform over the respective optical routes of the multiple channels, and provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The multi-channel optical switch includes a supporter 240, a first output terminal optical fiber 201 which is fixed to the supporter 240 and to which the optical signal to be switched is inputted, a number of output terminal optical fibers 201 and 204 which are fixed to the supporter 240 and from which the optical signals inputted from the first output terminal optical fiber 201 are outputted, a number of micro mirrors 222 to 224 which reflect the optical signals inputted from the first output terminal optical fiber 201 and guide the optical signals to the prescribed output terminal optical fiber among the number of the output terminal optical fibers 201 to 204, a number of actuators 232 to 234 which are connected to the micro mirrors 222 to 224 and adjust positions in such a manner that the micro mirrors 222 to 224 reflect the optical signals, and a number of lenses 210 to 214 for collimation so as to have uniform light performance and further includes a housing.
