PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interchangeable lens barrel equipped with a waterproof means capable of realizing waterproofing between a lens mount member and a rear cover member, and between a lens-side mount and a camera-side mount at the same time. SOLUTION: A waterproof ring 320 of this interchangeable lens barrel comprises a fixed annular part 321 which is stored and fixed in an annular cavity area surrounded with the inner peripheral region of the rear cover member 260 and an outer peripheral region of the lens mount member 270, a covering annular part 322 which connects with the fixed annular part 321 and covers an external surface peripheral part of the lens mount member 270, and an abutting annular part 323, which is concatenated with the covering annular part 322, extends along the optical axis OA of an interchangeable lens barrel body, and can abut on a mount surface of a body mount member of a camera body with specified pressure.
