PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display screen output system and a hierarchical display method of a display screen that eliminate the need to change hierarchical display of respective display screens even when the name of a display screen is changed. SOLUTION: Provided are a definition storage part 14 which stores definition data 20 defining a hierarchical display structure of a plurality of hierarchically constituted display screens, a display screen storage part 13 which stores display screen data corresponding to the respective display screens, and a display screen generation part 12 which generates display screen data for output by dynamically generating hierarchical display data that the definition data and display screen data request at a request to output a display screen. Consequently, hierarchical display data of the display screen data for output can be changed only by changing the definition data according to change of the name of the display screen.
