PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of a dummy inspection test device, and to miniaturize the device. SOLUTION: This dummy inspection test device 1 is equipped with a pendulum 10 and a rotation device 20. The rotation device 20 comprises a motor 22, a change gear 23 and a rotation part 24, and the rotation part 24 is equipped with a rotating part 26 and a lifting lever part 27. A driving force of the motor 22 is converted into a prescribed rotational frequency by the change gear 23 and rotates the rotation part 26. The lifting lever part 27 lifts the pendulum 10 up to a prescribed position following rotation of the rotating part 26. When dropping the pendulum 10, the lifting lever part 27 is separated instantaneously from the pendulum 10 by the change gear 23, and the rotational frequency of the motor 22 is changed so as to rotate it, while keeping the separate state. Since the pendulum 10 is supported by the lifting lever part 27 when the pendulum 10 is lifted, sudden free fall of the pendulum 10 is prevented, and since the rotation device 20 can be miniaturized and constituted integrally, the whole dummy inspection test device 1 can be miniaturized.
