PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incinerate even garbage-bared waste in a short time, by efficiently inputting the waste, by restraining generation of black smoke and dioxins, preventing flow-in of outside air to a combustion chamber, when additionally inputting the waste in a small incinerator. SOLUTION: This device has an inner door rotatable inward to the incinerator installed in an incinerator input port, an overhang frame for surrounding the incinerator input port, and having an upward inclining front end surface, and an outer door rotatably installed on the front end surface of the overhang frame, and stopping in an inclined position when closing the door.
