摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize accurate air-fuel ratio control by executing appropriate treatment according to a condition of an internal combustion engine when an open failure of a purge control valve occurs in an evaporated fuel treating device provided with a canister. SOLUTION: When an open failure of a purge VSV is identified (step 140), it is determined whether significant shift exists in an air-fuel ratio feed back coefficient FAF (step 148, 150). If FAF shifts to a rich side, a vapor concentration learning value FGPG is set to a rich side initial value FGPGR. (step 152). If FAF shifts to a lean side, FGPG is set to a lean side initial value FGPGL (step 154).
