PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which degassing can be easily done and is not necessary by hand. SOLUTION: In a fluid cooling device 1 for supplying cool water stored in a reservoir 3 into an engine 9 with a pump 2 and lowering the heated temperature in the engine 9, the outlet 37 of the reservoir 3, through which cool water is discharged, is made same as an inlet of the pump 2.
